SAMBU’s TPU film products feature high elasticity and high abrasion as they are processed from raw materials, and enable various forming methods thanks to their thermoplasticity.

SAMBU Fine Chemical developed water-based cleaning agents/release agents capable of replacing petroleum solvent products that are harmful to nature, and its reputation resulting from its excellent performance and environment-friendly policies is already well recognized by customers in the footwear industry.

The properties of TPU may vary depending on the type of polyol used and on the mixing ratio of each raw material. As TPU enables the stable production of high-quality products complying with customer requirements, it is a material that draws attention from diverse modern industrial fields.

TPU YARN is an innovative material that proves the reputation acquired as a company specializing in TPU. New fabric products totally different from the pre-existing ones are produced through the use of such innovative material.

PU Skin
It is a product dry-coated with a PU(Poly Urethane) skin to which diverse colors are assigned. This product is suitable for use as footwear accessories or logos thanks to its thin and light properties, and is suitable for replacing prints requiring solvent resistance.

Foam (Package) Insole
SAMBU makes efforts to realize a more comfortable shoe-wearing sensation through the development of softer and lighter PU foam products for shoe upper lining. SAMBU always makes efforts to satisfy its customers based on its research aimed at developing high-elasticity sock-liner insole foam products and mid-sole compression-molding PU foam products for demonstrating the best performance.
